Follow these steps to setup your phone:

1. From your BlackBerry home screen, select OPTIONS
2. Choose ‘Advanced Options’
3. Choose ‘Applications’
4. Scroll down to mblVault, and press the MENU button
5. Choose ‘Edit Permissions’
6. Expand each category by pressing SPACE on them
7. Ensure everything is set to ALLOW
8. Save the changes
9. Pull the battery on your phone to allow a full restart of the system

If you get any further pop-ups requesting access by mblVault, allow them all.

SD Card Encryption:
Encryption type for the SD Card must be set to NONE for the app to work properly ( when the ‘vault’ is installed on the SD Card ).

1. From your BlackBerry home screen, select OPTIONS
2. Choose ‘Media Card’
3. Choose ‘Encryption Mode’
4. Set to NONE
5. Save
6. Pull the battery on your phone to allow a full restart of the system

Disabling Compatibility Mode:
1. From your BlackBerry home screen, select OPTIONS
2. Choose ‘Applicatoins’
3. Select mblVault from the list
4. Press the Menu button
5. Choose ‘Disable Compatibility Mode’
6. Restart mblVault
