It’s not detecting my SD Card.
It’s very likely something else in the phone currently has access to the SD Card, and not allowing mblVault permission to use it. When you receive the error, turn off the phone, and try again. If the problem persists, you can try removing the battery, causing a hard reset. If that doesn’t work, you can lastly remove, and re-insert the SD Card.
When running mblVault I get error: Uncaught Exceptions.
Uncaught exceptions occur when the phone is not allowing mblVault the proper permissions to run. Visit the Setup Guide for more information.
My pictures aren’t being encrypted, or hidden!
If your pictures aren’t automatically encrypting, and importing into mblVault, make sure you’ve followed the Setup Guide, and that you are taking pictures from with-in mblVault and NOT the default camera on the phone.
I get an error saying the phone’s out of resources.
This error occurs when your phone has run out of memory. Often caused by trying to import too many files at once. If it’s a large file(s) you’re wanting to store, you may have to import them one at a time. Remember this is a phone, not a computer.
